• Before making an order you have to register here and receive an email confirmation from us with the word "ACCEPTED"

• Minimum order value is 2000 PLN (approx 500 €), prepayment is required
  
• The cost of shipment is fixed and DOES NOT depend on the number of parcels in your delivery. So the bigger order you make the cheaper it is for you
  
• If an order exceeds 10000 PLN and your country is listed below - we will deliver it for free!
  
• When the value of your order amounts to more than 20000 PLN you will additionally receive free plastic bags, one for each item you have bought
• Each shipment is fully insured by DPD, so just make your order and relax
• On each step of processing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from us (order received, waiting for payment, payment received, packing started, parcels ready for dispatch, parcels sent)
• To avoid paying VAT please make sure that you have valid VAT EU number
• If you have any questions - we will be happy to answer them, you can write to us in any language!
